Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. /p pThe work model for the role is: # LI-Hybrid /p pThis role is contributing to the Global ABB Robotics business. /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. /li liMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. /li liIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. /li liDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close‑out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. /li /ul h3Our team dynamics /h3 pYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. /p h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering in Automation/Computer science or related field /li liYou are working with time and economics managementand the Robotic Automation market /li liYou have 3-5 years of experience in automation project management /li liYou are passionate about production management, customer strict relationships, stakeholder management, planning, and working autonomously. /li liYou are at ease communicating in English (B2 level) /li liYou hold current driving car license valid in Europe /li liYou feel comfortable travelling around 60% of the time /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: €39.000 /p pVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits as per policy /h3 pFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work‑life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families /p pWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services /p pCanteen or meal vouchers provided /p pJoin us.
