This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls. The Junior Controller will work closely with finance stakeholders to support month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This job is based in Belluno, Italy, and regular on‑site presence is required. Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications. /ph3Key Responsibilities of the Role /h3ulliSupport the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, analyses, and management presentations. /liliAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring financial data is complete and accurate. /liliCollaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and other financial transactions. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. /liliMonitor financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions where necessary. /liliAssist in maintaining accounting controls, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies. /liliProcess and manage approval requests related to operational and capital expenditures. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, analysis, and business processes. /li /ulh3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in finance, accounting, controlling, auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role is preferred. /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. /liliGood organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliProactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and within a team. /liliNative Italian and intermediate English language skills are mandatory. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting processes. /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. /liliKnowledge of accounting principles and financial controls. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliCuriosity, adaptability, and eagerness to continuously develop professional and technical competencies. /li /ulh3About the location /h3pCopeland Controls is a global leader in high-quality products and services, distributed and supported across more than 70 countries by a network of skilled and knowledgeable professionals.
