HVAC Regulatory Compliance Trainee - FGAS

Position Overview:

We are looking for an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre division. In this role, you will provide direct support for administrative documentation, client liaison, and regulatory verification processes.

Primary Duties:

• Manage and respond to customer requests concerning statutory compliance;
• Review, validate, and assess technical and administrative records mandated by FGAS directives and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
• Populate and maintain records on dedicated regulatory portals and internal software systems.
• Partner with technical staff to ensure all regulatory milestones and legal mandates are met;
• Participate in field visits and on-site support alongside senior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical diploma, preferably focused on Thermal/Plumbing, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
• Strong motivation to learn about facility regulations and compliance frameworks;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel and Word skills preferred);
• Meticulous, highly organized, and detail-oriented;
• Outstanding communication skills and a service-oriented attitude;
• Adaptable to hybrid work settings, balancing office tasks with on-site client visits.
