• Designing the Roadmap — You\'ll partner with various business lines to identify, design, and implement cutting-edge IT solutions, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Software Innovation — Design software solutions aligned with the latest technology trends, ensuring our systems remain state-of-the-art.
• Team Coordination — Coordinate our application delivery team, allocating resources efficiently based on company priorities, and manage vendors involved in the process.
• Facilitating Collaboration — Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

• Strong experience (at least 5 years) in implementing technology programs for global companies.
• A Bachelor\'s Degree (Master\'s preferred) in STEM or Information Technology.
• Proven track record as an Applications Delivery Manager, with a solid understanding of various methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis and data management.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-based applications delivery.
• Exceptional ability to engage resources both within and outside the organization.
