You'll work side by side with our bHead of Finance /b across two fronts — the fundraising funnel (talking to investors, not fetching coffee) and the FPA side of the business (budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking). /p pIf you want to understand how Venture Capital really works from the inside — not from a textbook, but from live deals — this is it. Six months, full-time, full ownership of real deliverables. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libInvestor Outreach: /b Own outbound communication and cold outreach to potential investors. /li libLead Generation: /b Research and map the global investor landscape to identify the best fit for our mission. /li libPipeline Management: /b Maintain and update our Investor CRM, tracking interactions and managing follow-ups. /li libFundraising Support: /b Help build pitch decks, financial models, and Data Room documentation. /li libMarket Intelligence: /b Monitor trends in the AI and AdTech investment space to keep our strategy sharp. /li libFPA: /b Support monthly budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking actuals vs. plan. /li libKPI Reporting: /b Build and maintain dashboards for core business KPIs (revenue, burn rate, runway, CAC/LTV) for internal and investor reporting. /li libBusiness Analysis: /b Flag variances and trends to the Head of Finance, with a first cut of the "why" behind the numbers. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul libEducation: /b Final-year student ( bLaureando /b ) or recent graduate in Finance or Economics. /li libMindset: /b Proactive, resilient, comfortable picking up the phone and doing outbound. /li libAnalytical Skills: /b A critical thinker who uses data and logic to get results. /li libLanguage: /b Excellent English (written and spoken), mandatory for international outreach. /li libTech-Savvy: /b Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and LinkedIn/CRM tools; comfort building financial models is a plus. /li /ul h3What you get /h3 ul liFull-time, hands-on exposure to real VC fundraising — not a shadowing role. /li liDirect mentorship from the Head of Finance. /li liA fast-moving team where your work ships the same week you do it. /li liParticipation allowance : €600/month /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
