The company offers a dynamic, intellectually challenging and fast-moving environment, designed to attract entrepreneurial talent with the ambition to build solid and enduring businesses. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liDefine and implement the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and its portfolio initiatives. /li liLead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment. /li liTranslate business opportunities, use cases and investment theses into concrete technology roadmaps. /li liOversee the design and delivery of MVPs, prototypes and scalable products, ensuring quality, security, reliability and speed of execution. /li liBuild, structure and lead internal and external technology teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals and technology partners. /li liEvaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support product development and platform scalability. /li liEnsure robust technology governance, including cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards. /li liSupport technical due diligence, technology assessment and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investment opportunities. /li liWork closely with founders, investment professionals, business leaders and external partners to identify technology-driven value creation opportunities. /li liFoster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvement across the technology function. /li liRepresent the company's technology vision with investors, partners and relevant stakeholders when required. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liSignificant experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, Technology Director or similar positions. /li liStrong background in software engineering, digital product development and scalable technology architecture. /li liProven experience in building or scaling software products, digital platforms or AI-driven solutions. /li liSolid understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, data architecture and their practical application in business contexts. /li liExperience in high-growth, entrepreneurial or investment-backed environments, such as scale-ups, venture builders, technology companies, digital platforms or advanced consulting environments. /li liAbility to combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution, especially in early-stage or fast‑evolving contexts. /li liStrong leadership skills, with experience managing internal teams, external partners and multidisciplinary stakeholders. /li liExcellent ability to translate complex technology topics into clear business implications. /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset, pragmatic approach and high level of ownership. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li /ul h3What’s on Offer /h3 pThe opportunity to join a high-potential, investment-backed platform with a strong entrepreneurial culture and a clear ambition to build and scale technology-driven businesses.
