Production planner

ppWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Gambassi. Reporting within the Supply Chain Manager of the site, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal utilization of manufacturing resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders. This position requires close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a reliable and responsive production planning process. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Production Planning Scheduling /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely order fulfillment. /li liPrepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with operational and customer requirements. /li liContinuously review and adjust production plans based on material availability, machine capacity, workforce availability, and changing business priorities. /li liEnsure production schedules are accurately communicated and executed across all relevant functions. /li /ul h3Operational Coordination /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Production Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between production requirements and business objectives. /li liAct as the primary interface between planning and production to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. /li liRespond proactively to operational disruptions, including delayed raw material deliveries, equipment breakdowns, capacity constraints, and urgent customer requests. /li /ul h3Performance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liMonitor production performance and adherence to established schedules. /li liTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and Capacity Utilization. /li liIdentify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP system. /li liStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. /li liProactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to work. /li liSolid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility. /li liAbility to perform effectively under pressure and manage urgent or unexpected situations. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liHands-on and results-oriented mindset. /li liExperience within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry. /li liStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /li liCustomer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to supporting operational excellence. /li liResults-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset. /li /ul h3What to expect /h3 ul liClose collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and other key stakeholders. /li liA dynamic manufacturing environment characterized by evolving priorities and operational challenges. /li liOpportunities to contribute to business performance through practical problem-solving and process optimization. /li liExposure to end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes, providing valuable professional development opportunities. /li /ul h3Location: Gambassi – on-site /h3 h3RAL: 40.000 - 50.000 € /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
