You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliLead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction. /liliDiagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps. /liliDesign and improve Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines. /liliEvaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns. /liliManage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas. /liliCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance. /liliUse planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management. /liliUnderstand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning. /liliFacilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions. /liliCoach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management. /liliPrepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates. /liliEnsure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines, planning processes and operating standards. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3pWe are looking for a collaborative, curious and practical problem-solver who can connect analytical findings with real operational conditions. /ph3You bring /h3ulli4-6 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or in operations consulting. /liliDemonstrated experience delivering continuous-improvement projects in logistics, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction. /liliStrong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning principles, processes, governance and decision-making routines. /liliThe ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments in hardware and software, including business-case development and return assessment. /liliExperience managing Logistics and/or Planning teams, or leading consulting projects in these functional areas. /liliKnowledge of the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning. /liliA strong understanding of planning, warehouse, internal logistics, inventory and supply-chain performance management. /liliThe ability to connect operational, technological and financial perspectives when defining improvement priorities. /liliLeadership, influencing and communication skills, with a structured, results-oriented and collaborative approach. /liliCuriosity and the ability to quickly understand new technologies, processes and industrial environments. /liliEnglish proficiency at a minimum C1 level. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliEarly responsibility and hands-on opportunities to work with manufacturing and operational teams across Europe. /liliStructured, on-the-job learning and development, supported by experienced colleagues and continuous feedback. /liliAn open, collaborative and international environment where diverse perspectives are valued. /liliThe opportunity to build expertise across industries, processes and technologies while making a practical impact. /liliA culture that encourages you to be yourself and bring your ideas to the table. /li /ulh3Interview process /h3pCandidates selected for the next stage will be contacted with details of the interview process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
