As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will lead on‑site installation and maintenance of gas turbine equipment, guiding technical activities and ensuring safe, compliant work. You’ll act as the onsite expert, troubleshooting issues and delivering innovative, field‑driven solutions for customers. The role spans cross‑functional collaboration, documentation, and training to uphold standards while traveling globally. This position offers impact in energy optimisation and hands‑on problem solving at customer sites.Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance and quality
• Oversee, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Gas Turbine products at customer sites
• Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross‑functional teams
• Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
• Good working knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
• Experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
• Strong customer‑service orientation with capability to guide customers through decisions
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Italian; EU Passport
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities
