Project Manager/Business Analyst Dynamics

Dynamics 365-projecten, met een focus op Contact Center-processen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met zakelijke belanghebbenden en IT-teams om vereisten te verzamelen, projectactiviteiten te coördineren, oplossingsontwerp te ondersteunen en ervoor te zorgen dat Dynamics 365-mogelijkheden succesvol worden geadopteerd binnen klantinteractiekanalen.
- Beheren en coördineren van Microsoft Dynamics 365-projecten met betrekking tot Contact Center-, Klantenservice- en CRM-processen.
- Verzamelen, analyseren en documenteren van zakelijke vereisten en deze vertalen naar user stories, functionele specificaties en projectopleveringen.
- Ondersteunen van procesmapping en gapanalyse binnen klantinteractiestromen, inclusief spraak, chat, e-mail, routering, casemanagement en agentproductiviteit.
- Coördineren van projecttijdslijnen, mijlpalen, risico's, openstaande punten en afhankelijkheden, en het zorgen voor tijdige opvolging met zakelijke, technische en vendor-teams.
- Bijdragen aan testen, UAT, training en adoptieactiviteiten door documentatie, statusupdates en rapportagematerialen voor belanghebbenden voor te bereiden.
