About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece .

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels , assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece . Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone and digital support channels
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience

These responsibilities generalize the project's actual phone/digital support, issue resolution, escalation, and quality-process duties without tying the post to the specific end client.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 Italian
• B2 English or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital applications
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work remotely from Greece
