That's why we work closely with our partners to develop products with unique design elements, premium materials, sustainable options, and custom details that strengthen brand identity and increase perceived value.As we continue to expand our international presence, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Optical Sales Representative to help grow our business across the European market.Position OverviewThe Optical Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with eyewear brands, distributors, buying groups, optical chains, and independent optical retailers.The ideal candidate has a strong network within the optical industry, understands eyewear product development, and is passionate about helping customers create successful collections.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the optical industry.Prospect and engage eyewear brands, distributors, optical chains, and buying groups.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Generate new OEM, ODM, and Private Label opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with customers.Understand client needs and translate them into manufacturing solutions.Present collections, product developments, and manufacturing capabilities.Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the factory.
Sales & Negotiation
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.Negotiate pricing, project timelines, and business agreements.Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.Manage the sales process from lead generation through production approval.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.Identify emerging opportunities within the European optical market.Provide feedback on product trends and customer requirements.
Trade Shows & Events
Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and events.Support customer meetings during international trade shows.Build brand awareness and strengthen market presence.
QualificationsRequired
Minimum 3 years of experience in optical or eyewear sales.Strong understanding of the eyewear industry.Existing network within the optical market.Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.Fluent English.
Preferred
Experience with OEM, ODM, or Private Label eyewear projects.Relationships with optical chains, distributors, or eyewear brands.Additional European language skills (Spanish, French, German, or Italian).Experience attending international optical trade fairs.
