Reporting to the Head of Commercial eCommerce South Europe Cluster, the role manages: /p ul liRevenue Growth Management (RGM) governance across the cluster /li liActs as a key commercial authority on pricing and trade decisions /li liPartners senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery in line with AOP commitments /li /ul h3Pricing Strategy Market Competitiveness /h3 pLead pricing index, competitiveness, and elasticity analysis. Identify pricing gaps, margin risks, and revenue recovery opportunities. Drive pricing actions supported by robust financial logic. /p h3Promotion Strategy Trade Investment Effectiveness /h3 pTranslate global RGM principles into market and cluster‑level promotion guidelines. Govern promotion depth, frequency, and mechanics to protect margin. Create and maintain channel‑specific promotion frameworks, refreshed based on performance (ROI, incrementality, compliance). /p h3RGM Governance Commercial Discipline /h3 pOwn and embed price governance frameworks including recommended prices, floor prices, and trade terms. Define decision rights, guardrails, and escalation paths, ensuring consistency across markets. Act as a guardian of commercial discipline within the cluster. /p h3Price Selling Commercial Influence /h3 pDevelop value‑based price selling stories and support senior stakeholder discussions and negotiations with fact‑based insights and analytics. /p h3Performance Analytics Closed‑Loop Learning /h3 pOwn post‑promotion evaluation and institutionalise learning routines with Sales and Marketing. Drive analysis of incrementality, true uplift, and cannibalisation to improve decision‑making. /p h3Trade Term Realisation Value Protection /h3 pLead tracking of actual vs. contracted trade terms.
