Als klantbeheerder ben jij de rots in de branding voor onze klanten. Jij regelt alles van A tot Z: van vragen beantwoorden en oplossingen bedenken tot de volledige dossierafhandeling en je zorgt dat alle gegevens voor de factuur klaar staat. In deze dynamische functie is het belangrijk dat je snel kan schakelen. Je werkt nauw samen met de loods en loopt daar regelmatig even binnen om dingen te checken. Daarnaast sta je in contact met vervoerders (zowel intern als extern), de douane afdeling en natuurlijk de klant.
Wat ga je doen
- Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en bouwt aan duurzame relaties door een uitstekende service te bieden.
- Je verwerkt klantorders nauwkeurig en verzorgt de bijbehorende transport- en verzenddocumentatie.
- Je beantwoordt vragen over de in-, op- en uitslag van goederen en zorgt voor een heldere terugkoppeling naar klanten.
- Je onderhoudt contact met vervoerders, douane-instanties en klanten om logistieke processen soepel te laten verlopen.
- Je ondersteunt bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens.
Wat neem je mee
- Je beschikt over een mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek, supply chain of transport.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt kennis van transport-, opslag- en logistieke processen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en weet relaties op een professionele manier te onderhouden.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en hebt oog voor detail in administratieve werkzaamheden.
- Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende taken, prioriteiten en contactpersonen.
