Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior IT Project / Service Manager con esperienza nella gestione end-to-end di progetti IT complessi e servizi continuativi per clienti enterprise e Pubblica Amministrazione. La figura sarà responsabile del governo operativo di commesse, milestone, budget, rischi, SLA e relazione con il cliente.
Responsabilità principali
- Pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo di progetti IT complessi.
- Gestione di SAL, milestone, deliverable, budget e avanzamento economico.
- Presidio degli SLA contrattuali e della qualità del servizio erogato.
- Coordinamento di team tecnici, fornitori e stakeholder di progetto.
- Gestione dei rischi, delle criticità e dei piani di mitigazione.
- Produzione di reportistica direzionale e comunicazioni verso il cliente.
Competenze tecniche
- Project Management, Service Management e governance IT.
- Framework ITIL e metodologie Agile/Waterfall.
- Gestione contratti, SLA, OLA, budget e consuntivazione.
- Strumenti di project tracking, ticketing e reporting.
- Conoscenza di infrastrutture, applicazioni e servizi ICT enterprise.
Competenze trasversali
- Leadership operativa e capacità di coordinamento.
- Forte orientamento al cliente e alla delivery.
- Capacità di gestire pressione, priorità e situazioni critiche.
- Comunicazione chiara con interlocutori tecnici e manageriali.
