In this role you drive end-to-end project execution for PVS New Units, aligning pump product strategy with business delivery to improve cost competitiveness and market readiness. You collaborate across engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer teams to meet commitments and support revenue recognition. You lead resource prioritization, cost and scope control, and continuous improvement to boost profitability while developing junior staff and promoting a collaborative, values‑led culture.Retribuzione / Benefits

Responsabilità

• Solid knowledge of Project Management in Turbomachinery with specificity Centrifugal Pumps
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities/projects and teams in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial settings
• Excellent English communication and willingness to travel internationally
• Self‑starter and leader capable of managing complexity and driving results
