IT Proximity Team Leader

ppReporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, the FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team within IO. /p pResponsible for delivering effective IT support on‑site or remotely across the FSS perimeter for corporate sites located in the Milano metropolitan area and the retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group. /p pAssist in continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level, aligning with Group IT and business objectives. Support business‑driven project initiatives such as new retail/manufacturing openings, closures, refurbishment, special events, and local workplace evolution. /p pUltimate aim: deliver a high‑quality, value‑added service fully aligned with business requirements, actively engaging users in available technology. /p h3People Management /h3 ul liManage the team under his/her geographical perimeter /li liRecruit, coach, set objectives and appraise /li liDefine and maintain an evolution plan for the team /li liOrganise shift schedules to ensure required coverage /li liMaintain continuous relation with the Local HR department /li /ul h3Finance Management /h3 ul liParticipate in budget elaboration and quarterly review /li liPrepare inputs about hardware/maintenance under his/her scope /li liPropose necessary changes or amendments to the budget /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liParticipate in project/activity roadmap definition and execution /li liCapture proactively activities from relevant entities/Group IT /li liBook resources to align with assigned Project Manager /li liFollow and promote Group IT project‑management methodology /li /ul h3Service Management /h3 ul liMonitor and report delivery and support of business services in scope /li liDetect and report proactively patterns or malfunctions /li liProduce/share KPIs and maintain acceptable evolution trends /li liPromote best practices and ensure operational excellence in agreement with Group IT and FSS standards /li liFollow, seek, and promote Group IT standards /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liIntermediate knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Android and iOS mobile /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft O365, especially MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive /li liBasic knowledge of Device MDM (Workspace ONE, Intune) /li liBasic knowledge of Active Directory and identity management tools (Saviynt is a plus) /li liBasic knowledge of networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Teams PSTN) /li liExperience in luxury retail is a plus /li /ul h3Project Management Skills /h3 ul liOrganised, autonomous, with solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit /li liClient oriented and open‑minded /li liProject Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile methodology is a plus /li /ul h3Service Management – Detailed Knowledge Required For /h3 ul liKnowledge of ServiceNow or any other tool for incident, problem, change, and asset management /li liDeep knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus) /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liPeople management (small teams of roughly 10 people) /li liGood communication, both oral and written /li liProblem solving /li liActive listening /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liItalian – mother tongue /li liEnglish – fluent (C1–C2) /li liFrench – nice to have /li /ul pCCNL Commercio /p pSalary Range: 60K–70K€ /p pAnnual bonus plan /p p8 EUR meal vouchers for each working day /p pWelfare /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
