ph3Overview /h3pThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a bWelcome Services Coordinator /b, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. /ph3How you will contribute /h3ulliSupervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service /liliManage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team /liliEnsure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment /liliManage staff uniforms and IT equipment /liliManage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines /liliContribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience /liliAct as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request /liliTrack individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools /liliEnsure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team /liliLiaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are met /liliMonitor In-Mall image and its consistency with TMLO guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodic basis /liliPromote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedback /liliContribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliPassionate about luxury hospitality /liliAn organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person /liliA team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team /liliA professional with proven relational skills /liliA fluent English and Italian speaker - any additional language will be considered a plus /liliA team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals /liliA proactive person, with a positive approach /liliProficient user of MS Office Suite /li /ulh3Why work with us /h3pThis is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets’ adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, giving a significant personal contribution and becoming part of a thriving team in a luxury fashion environment that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
