Dem Head of Sales wird eine Zone/ein Land zugewiesen und dort ist es seine Aufgabe ein Handelsvertreterteam aufzubauen und damit unsere speziellen Produkte am Markt zu platzieren.
Für jeden eigenen Verkauf bekommt der Head of Sales 10 %.
Für jeden Verkauf eines Handelsvertreter im Team des Head of Sales bekommt dieser Handelsvertreter 10 %.
BONUS: Der Head of Sales bekommt für jeden einzelnen Verkauf, eines Handelsvertreters in seinem Team 10 %.

We offer:
A unique opportunity
Position: Head of Sales Team.
The Head of Sales will be assigned a zone/country where he/she will be responsible for building up a team of sales representatives to place our special products on the market.
For each own sale the Head of Sales gets 10%.
For each sale of a sales representative in the team of the Head of Sales, this sales representative receives 10%.
BONUS: The Head of Sales receives 10 % for every single sale of a sales representative in his team.
