Act as the discipline focal point within the project task force. /p h3Planning /h3 h3Operating Phases /h3 ul liVerify the EMH project budget and confirm alignment with project targets. /li liIdentify contractual criticalities and define the complete scope of engineering activities. /li liPrepare the discipline deliverable list and map the required engineering resources. /li liDetect potential schedule issues, assess workload distribution, and plan resource allocation according to the execution strategy. /li liEvaluate the need for support from other engineering centers or external specialist companies. /li /ul h3Functional Phases Practices /h3 ul liCheck availability and completeness of basic design information required for job start‑up. /li liDevelop the equipment list and assign correct commodity codes to each item. /li liDefine purchase order lots and prepare the RFQ plan. /li liEstablish the basic design philosophies for static equipment. /li /ul h3Execution of the Contract /h3 ul liPrepare technical annexes for subcontracted engineering and coordinate external engineering subcontractors. /li liIssue engineering specifications and RFQs for static equipment packages. /li liCoordinate and monitor preparation of technical procurement documentation. /li liPerform technical bid evaluations and manage vendor documentation follow‑up. /li liHandle client comments, participate in vendor kick‑off meetings, and support Project Management in technical interfaces with the client. /li liSupport post‑order activities including management of Vendor ITPs, NCRs, and resolution of technical issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. /li libExperience: /b Proven experience (at least 5 years) in the same or similar positions with International Main Contracting Engineering Companies. /li libLanguages: /b English (B2/C1). /li libTechnical Skills: /b Focus on static equipment (mainly on Columns and Vessels). /li libIT Skills: /b Familiarity with PC software for Office Automation and Software for Mechanical Equipment Design (e.g., PV Elite, Compress, or similar). /li libTravel: /b Willingness to travel abroad based on projects. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent Contract – CCNL Energia e Petrolio. /li liFor home office contract: Pay not lower than €55,000. /li liCorporate benefits: comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts, partnerships, services related to health, family, well‑being, and in‑house cafeteria. /li liHybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work‑life balance. /li liLocation: Milano Santa Giulia. /li /ul h3Equal Pay and Transparency /h3 ul liDecision is made in compliance with the principle of equal pay for the same work or work of equal value. /li liComplies with the pay transparency requirements set out in EU Directive 2023/970 and the relevant national implementing legislation. /li /ul h3We Support Your Development /h3 pDo you feel you might not fit this role perfectly?
