Customer Support Representative - Spanish & EnglishAre you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting?We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multilingual environment, supporting one of the world's leading heavy equipment brands.What You’ll Do - Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers. - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively. - Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases. - Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.What You Bring - Spanish – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required). - Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.Why You’ll Love ItSalary: 1700 EUR Gross per month. - Access structured onboarding and ongoing skill development. - Potential for a Hybrid work model after 6 months, based on performance. - Relocation assistance is available#J-18808-Ljbffr
