Footwear Outsoles Development & Industrialization

Overview
In this role you drive the development and industrialization of footwear outsoles and accessories. You will collaborate with an international R&D/industrialization team to translate concepts into manufacturable parts, overseeing tooling, testing, and supplier interactions. You contribute to process excellence and innovation within a prestigious brand. You will travel for supplier assessments and project alignment, shaping high‑quality finished products.

- Seguire lo sviluppo di parti stampate (suole e accessori) con fornitori esterni o interni e lo sviluppo di tomaie
- Preparare informazioni per sviluppo schede, commenti tecnici/estetici, e monitorare le fasi di realizzazione
- Gestire modellazione 2D/3D e rapid prototyping
- Seguire test in laboratorio interno e sul campo fino alla validazione del prodotto
- Gestire la realizzazione degli stampi e la messa a punto per il prodotto finito
- Ricerca nei domini 3D, rapid prototyping, stampi, AI e materiali
- Viaggi di ricerca e sopralluoghi presso fornitori esteri per sviluppo e industrializzazione
- Gestione degli stampi (tecnica e costi) e informazione a sistema
- Supporto nella preparazione di presentazioni prodotto interne ed esterne
- Esperienza nello sviluppo e industrializzazione di prodotti tecnici (suole e accessori)
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi calzaturieri e dei materiali (EVA, TPU, gomma, Liquid PU)
- Conoscenza CAD e analisi FEM
- Capacità di lavorare in team e collaborazione cross‑funkcional
- Gestione progetti e pianificazione attività
- Orientamento alla qualità e attenzione ai dettagli
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e problem solving
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte
