In this Site OE role, you will oversee site performance, drive transparency, and proactively address risks. You will align site initiatives with the global strategy and deliver a roadmap for operational excellence. Through lean methods, you will standardize processes and lead a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach leadership and develop change agents to transform the operating model and improve value delivery for patients and customers.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Promote continuous improvement and standardization using lean tools (Global Production and Supply System)

• Lead site transformation toward a leaner, more efficient operating model
