AI TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST

In this role you will drive AI-enabled transformation by identifying opportunities, shaping use cases and roadmaps, and translating business needs into actionable AI solutions. You will work closely with the AI Transformation Lead, CDO and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable productivity gains and process efficiency. You will manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, prioritizing value and ensuring alignment with the broader AI strategy. • Identify, assess and prioritize AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and process transformation goals.
• Redesign business processes to enable effective AI adoption.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, producing epics and user stories.
• Analyze and structure business cases with value-driven prioritization to support implementation.
• Maintain alignment of initiatives within an AI use case portfolio and ensure expected value is realized.
• Collaborate with Group-level stakeholders to align with the broader AI program and promote scalable use cases.

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or other STEM-related disciplines.
• 5‑7 years of AI, digital transformation or consulting experience in complex organizations.
• Strong skills in business analysis, business case evaluation, process design and requirements definition.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or digital initiatives as a contributor with focus on use case definition.
• Solid understanding of AI solutions (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, predictive models).
• Ability to engage with business, IT and AI teams; strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
