• Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and teams throughout project lifecycles
• Mentorship Mindset – Support junior team members and foster collaborative team culture

Technical Expertise:

• Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with professional registration required or in progress
• 8+ years' proven experience designing and delivering process plants, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrial complexes
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, process engineering principles, and plant workflows . Understanding how facilities are designed to function, operate efficiently, and integrate architectural and process requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated design where architectural solutions respond to process demands, production sequences, and operational logistics
• Proven expertise in Italian building regulations and international codes
• Strong track record managing multidisciplinary coordination between architects, process engineers, structural, and MEP specialists
