Clinical Research Associate, Site Management - Italy

Clinical Research Associate responsible for site monitoring and management across clinical trials in Italy. Ensures sites conduct studies in compliance with protocols, regulations, and sponsor requirements while managing recruitment, data quality, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site monitoring visits including initiation, ongoing monitoring, and close-out activities
- Develop and track subject recruitment plans with sites to meet enrollment targets
- Evaluate study site practices for protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Manage CRF completion, data queries, and maintain trial and investigator site files
- Generate monitoring reports, follow-up correspondence, and other required documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in life sciences
- CRA certification per Italian ministerial requirements
- Completion of CRA training program or prior monitoring experience
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laptop/mobile devices
- Fluent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: €33,900.00 - €61,700.00 base annually
