Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant

ppWe’re looking for an enthusiastic bJunior /b bAccounts Receivable Accountant /bto join our Finance team. You’ll be playing a key role in managing customer invoicing and collections, supporting accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing e-commerce context. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you’ll help maintain smooth and reliable receivables operations. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liContribute to the accurate and timely issuance of B2B and marketplace invoices, in line with internal policies and fiscal requirements. /li liMonitor incoming payments, manage credit control, and follow up on outstanding balances. /li liReconcile customer accounts and ensure timely posting of cash receipts. /li liCollaborate with the Customer Happiness team to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. /li liSupport the preparation of VAT and Sales Tax documentation. /li liPerform month-end reconciliations and journal entries related to receivables. /li liContribute to improving AR processes and reporting accuracy. /li liAssist with annual audits and provide documentation as required. /li liContribute to process automation and system optimisation initiatives. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for: /h3 ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /li li1+ years of experience in accounting roles. /li liStrong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. /li liHigh proficiency in Excel. /li liAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset. /li liProficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liCollaborative, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-moving, international environment. /li liExperience with Microsoft Navision will be a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liCompensation package up €28.000 gross annual salary, plus meal vouchers. /li liLearning Development Programs: continuous learning experiences with TLG University and other projects. /li liBe part of a young (31 on average) and international (+30 nationalities) group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. /li /ul pAt The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams.
