Sales Operation Specialist (M/F)

Join the Sales Operations team to manage ERP-based order data and master data, supporting accurate stock evaluation and targeted sell-in reporting. You will prioritize order fulfillment and help shape the sales operations process while delivering data-driven insights to cross-functional teams. This role offers exposure to an international, dynamic business with a clear impact on customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with global Customer Service and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control order data in the ERP system


• Control and manage master data (price lists, sales samples, season openings) per season


• Monitor stock data and KPI-based stock evaluation


• Prioritize order fulfillment based on defined criteria


• Develop and refine the sales operations process


• Support reporting and perform analyses

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (supply chain, sales planning, operations, Customer Service)


• Navision knowledge is a plus


• University degree in economics, statistics, management or related field is a plus


• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)


• Proficiency in Italian and English; German a plus


• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical approach


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Exact and accurate work method
