Other languages are a plus. /p h3OVERVIEW /h3 pA historic Italian brand in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the production and sale of inverters for photovoltaic systems and storage systems. /p pThe company is currently engaged in an ambitious growth and development program, supported by significant investments in technology, organization, and management, with the aim of strengthening its position in the solar inverter market and building a solid, future-oriented structure. /p pWith a comprehensive and competitive product portfolio, it enters the market with clear and ambitious goals. /p h3JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE /h3 pThe Technical Sales Support Specialist provides technical and commercial support to the sales network, distributors, installers and end customers, contributing to business development through solutions that meet customers’ technical and financial requirements. /p pThis role works alongside the sales team in pre-sales activities, in drawing up quotations and in negotiations, highlighting the benefits of inverters and storage solutions and providing support with their selection, sizing and integration. /p h3ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liProvide pre-sales technical and commercial support to the sales network, distributors and customers, in coordination with the Sales and Service departments. /li liGather customer requirements during pre-sales meetings and analyses specifications, verifying feasibility and technical requirements. /li liDesign residential, commercial, industrial and utility-scale photovoltaic systems with monitoring and storage systems. /li liDefine preliminary configurations for inverters, storage and monitoring, checking compatibility and integration constraints. /li liCarry out technical and economic comparisons between solutions, highlighting performance, costs and benefits for the customer. /li liPrepare technical data sheets, component lists and responses to specifications to support quotations and tenders. /li liPrepare technical and commercial proposals and tender documents in collaboration with the Sales team, supporting follow-up and negotiations. /li liConduct pre-sales presentations and demonstrations, illustrating the configurations, performance and benefits of the proposed solutions. /li liHandle technical enquiries regarding proposals and suggest alternatives, guiding the customer through the decision-making process prior to placing an order. /li liDeliver technical and commercial training for customers, distributors and the Sales team, highlighting the benefits of the products. /li liAttend trade fairs, events and webinars, identifying technical and commercial opportunities. /li liCollaborate with Product Management, RD, Service and Quality to resolve technical issues and tailor solutions to customer needs. /li liMonitor regulations, technical standards, competitors and trends in the photovoltaic market. /li /ul h3TECHNICAL SKILLS /h3 ul liKnowledge of the photovoltaic market, key components and customer requirements. /li liExperience in sizing and configuring photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems. /li liFamiliarity with energy storage systems (BESS) and energy policies. /li liAbility to read single-line diagrams. /li liKnowledge of electrical regulations and grid connection requirements. /li liUse of design and simulation software (e.g. PVsyst, AutoCAD, etc.). /li liGood knowledge of communication protocols. /li /ul h3BEHAVIORAL SKILLS /h3 ul liCustomer focus and a focus on technical and commercial results. /li liAbility to present solutions and highlight technical and economic benefits. /li liAn analytical and problem-solving approach. /li liAbility to collaborate with Sales and technical departments. /li liPrioritisation skills and organisational autonomy. /li liA knack for providing technical advice and supporting negotiations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
