Driven by a Cloud-first, Mobile-first and AI-first strategy, JKIT empowers businesses with innovation, agility, growth, and state-of-the-art security. /p pWe invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of bSenior /bb Consultant - Customer Advocacy. /bThe selected candidate will report to the bHead of Marketing. /b /p h3The Senior Consultant - Customer Advocacy will be responsible for: /h3 ul liSupporting the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content activities and integrated marketing campaigns. /li liLiaising with business units, sales teams, presales teams, technical consultants, delivery teams, HR, partners, designers, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather content inputs, technical information, approvals, and supporting material required for marketing deliverables. /li liCoordinating the development of visual assets, including creatives assets, illustrations, videos, presentation decks, and other sales enablement material. /li liSupporting the planning and execution of webinars, customer events, partner events, conferences, workshops, sponsorships, and other internal initiatives. /li liMonitoring campaign performance, social media engagement, audience growth, event outcomes, content effectiveness, and other relevant marketing indicators, while preparing reports and summaries for management review. /li liSupporting customer advocacy initiatives by coordinating customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, use cases, related marketing documentation and approvals. /li liMaintaining marketing documentation, campaign records, creative assets, templates, reports, and supporting files in the agreed repositories. /li liLeveraging AI and digital productivity tools to support content planning, campaign ideation, workflow management, and marketing coordination, while ensuring responsible use, accuracy, confidentiality, and brand alignment. /li /ul h3The ideal candidate should possess: /h3 ul liA Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline. /li li2-5 years of experience in marketing, social media coordination, content coordination, marketing operations, event coordination, or a related marketing role. /li liExperience in B2B marketing, technology, IT services, enterprise solutions, professional services, or a similar environment is preferred. /li liGood working knowledge of campaign coordination, social media, content development, event support, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and brand consistency. /li liStrong communication, organization, coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and marketing deliverables simultaneously. /li liExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to understand and simplify B2B, technology, and enterprise-solution messaging. /li liStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand standards. /li liComfort with AI and digital productivity tools. /li liAdditional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, AI, Content Marketing, or Project Management will be an added advantage. /li /ul h3Informazioni sull'azienda /h3 pKeells /p pJohn Keells Group is Sri Lanka's premier Diversified Company, listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange, and a 150-year pillar of the Sri Lankan economy.
