Overview
In questa posizione, sarai punto di riferimento per l'evoluzione applicativa e la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali. Lavorerai in un mix di sviluppo software, digitalizzazione dei processi e innovazione tecnologica, con una forte componente hands-on. Parteciperai a progetti di trasformazione e integrazione tra ERP, CRM e BI, contribuendo a migliorare qualità, performance e scalabilità. Un ruolo centrale in un contesto internazionale, orientato all'innovazione e all'AI.

Responsabilità
- Sviluppo e implementazione della piattaforma proprietaria, garantendo qualità del codice e performance
- Analisi dei processi aziendali e identificazione di inefficienze e opportunità di ottimizzazione
- Realizzazione di integrazioni tra applicazioni, database e sistemi aziendali
- Supporto al percorso di trasformazione digitale e progettazione di soluzioni digitali per funzioni commerciali, amministrative, logistiche e produttive
- Valutazione e implementazione di strumenti di AI e di workflow automation
- Gestione dell'evoluzione dell'ecosistema applicativo attraverso l'integrazione ERP/CRM/BI
- Coordinamento progetti IT e gestione di fornitori/consulenti interni ed esterni
- Monitoraggio avanzamento, qualità e risultati delle iniziative digitali
- Supporto all'evoluzione del gestionale proprietario destinato a centralizzare funzionalità ERP, CRM e BI
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica (o background equivalente)
- Esperienza in sviluppo software full stack o back end
- Ottima conoscenza di PHP
- Esperienza con database relazionali (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Conoscenza di API REST e integrazione applicativa
- Esperienza con Git
- Conoscenza di framework PHP (Laravel, Symfony o similari)
- Familiarità con sistemi ERP, CRM e BI
- Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in soluzioni tecnologiche concrete
- Esperienza nella gestione o coordinamento di progetti IT
- Mentalità analitica
- Forte orientamento al problem solving
