Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing for a luxury resort launch in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The People & Culture Coordinator will support the pre-opening and ongoing HR operations, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and colleague administration while helping shape Mandarin Oriental’s culture from day one.
You will manage onboarding, documentation, records, and HR communications, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle and a premium guest experience through exceptional people
