Manager SaaS Platforms - Solutions Architecture Manager

Position overview:

As a Manager SaaS Platforms for Solutions Architecture you provide leadership to professional staff who develop, deploy and administrate Software as a Services (SaaS) related initiatives. You manage the performance, drive engagement and foster development of your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring resource allocation and adherence to development best practices
  • Oversee the development lifecycle of SaaS applications, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Coordinate release schedules and manage the deployment of SaaS applications or their enhancements
  • Implement and maintain security measures and best practices to ensure data protection in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Monitor application performance and usage to identify improvement opportunities, including automation and license utilization
  • Oversee end-user technical support, issue troubleshooting, and timely resolution to minimize disruption to the users’ experience
  • Contribute to application roadmaps that focus on key customer priorities and drive innovation
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and integration of SaaS platforms
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, highly engaged team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

  • Strong understanding of architecture principles, software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks used in SaaS applications
  • Proficient in managing the development lifecycle, integration processes, and automation tools
  • Strong ability in design and optimization of databases for performance, scalability, and data integrity
  • Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to identify and solve technical and operational problems; understand and recognize broader impact across the department

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in Information Technology; 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
  • B2+ oral and written English
