Job Overview

At YouGov Shopper our mission is clear: to provide key information on who buys what, where, how much, how often, and most importantly, why (or why not). We deliver high‑quality data, expert consultancy and unparalleled expertise to empower our clients to deliver superior customer experiences at every stage of the shopper journey. As a Client Management Team Intern you will work for major FMCG manufacturers within a multinational environment, as part of the Commercial team in the Shopper division. The role combines client account management with market research analysis.

Responsibilities

• Jointly with senior colleagues, create high‑quality analyses and presentations that meet client needs.
• Support the Commercial Team on their daily client activities.
• Analyze client briefings and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Statistics or Economics.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn internal Shopper systems.
• Good English language skills, both oral and written.
• Basic knowledge of market research and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Strong analytical thinking, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable operational recommendations.
• Proven ability to present analytical findings and project outcomes to clients, and to lead and facilitate meetings confidently.
