Procurement supervisor

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead procurement activities to support manufacturing operations, driving sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and commercial negotiations. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Units to meet current and future requirements, optimize costs, and ensure supply continuity. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across procurement processes. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead procurement projects impacting sourcing processes, supplier relationships, and operational performance Drive strategic sourcing to optimize pricing, delivery terms, quality, and supply continuity for key materials and equipment Review supplier agreements and renegotiate to improve terms and performance Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Units to support requirements and new product development Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers meeting technical, operational, and commercial needs Support cross-functional projects related to manufacturing changes, product launches, and supply chain optimization Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions for quality, delivery, or service issues Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Recommend continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems Ensure compliance with procurement policies and corporate standards Coach and manage procurement team performance and development Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for long-term goals Support risk mitigation related to supply continuity, supplier performance, and market changes Responsabilità 4–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of procurement practices, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing methodologies Experience supporting manufacturing operations and cross-functional initiatives Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into practical solutions Advanced problem-solving with a proactive mindset Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multi-tasking ability Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred Experience leading or supervising teams is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Requisiti fondamentali competitive compensation and benefits performance-based incentives flexible work arrangements development opportunities culture of collaboration and respect for diverse perspectives #J-18808-Ljbffr
