Group Environmental Footprint Manager

ppIn this role you will drive the group's environmental footprint reduction and sustainability integration across strategies and operations. You will quantify footprints, shape climate and water resilience initiatives, and lead reporting and disclosure efforts. You’ll collaborate with business units to design policies and roadmaps, while chasing continuous improvement and innovation. This is a data-driven, impact-focused position at a global FMCG group with a strong commitment to decarbonization and responsible sourcing. /pulliPermanent contract /liliQuantify and analyze environmental footprints (carbon, water, energy, waste) across the group /liliDesign and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units (climate transition, water stewardship, sustainable sourcing) /liliPrepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support sustainability disclosures (CDP, ESRS) and Science Based Targets /liliCoordinate environmental audits and risk assessments (GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB) /liliExplore and promote new technologies or practices to reduce emissions and enhance resilience /liliEngage with corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering /lili4-5 years of climate-related project experience in large multinational companies /liliStrong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and LCA/PCF; familiarity with Scope 1-3 and ISO 14001, ETS, GHG Protocol, SBTi /liliFamiliarity with Carbon Credits and decarbonization roadmaps /liliProficiency in data analysis, sustainability reporting platforms, and supplier engagement tools (ECOVADIS) /liliFluency in Italian and English /liliCross-functional collaboration /liliAnalytical mindset /liliLife Cycle Assessment (LCA) /liliProduct Carbon Footprint (PCF) /liliGHG Protocol accounting /li /ulpGroup Environmental Footprint Manager genova, liguria, it /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
