In questo ruolo, ti occupi di assistenza su temi bancari, finanziari e assicurativi con focus sulla regolamentazione dei mercati, operando nel contesto di operazioni straordinarie e facilitando i rapporti con le autorità di vigilanza. Lavorerai direttamente con il Partner di riferimento, integrandoti in un contesto internazionale stimolante. Offriamo opportunità di crescita nel settore legale e regolamentare, in Milano. Responsabilità- Assistenza su temi regolamentari di banche, finanza e assicurazioni con attenzione alla regolamentazione dei mercati
- Approfondimento e gestione di profili regolamentari in operazioni straordinarie
- Supporto agli intermediari nei rapporti con le Autorità di vigilanza
- Rapporti diretti con il Partner di riferimento per l’area di practice
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza e abilitazione all'esercizio della professione
- Esperienza 6-8 anni nel dipartimento di Regolamentazione Bancaria e Finanziaria presso studi legali di rilievo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lavoro in team e collaborazione interdisciplinare
- Comunicazione efficace in contesti internazionali
- Orientamento al dettaglio e gestione di responsabilità complesse
- Regolamentazione bancaria e finanziaria
- Gestione di profili regolamentari
- Rapporti con Autorità di vigilanza
