Within a highly digitalized and innovative environment, the site drives innovation across product development and manufacturing, combining technological excellence with a strong focus on sustainability and workplace quality, rethinking even traditional industrial spaces through more open and light-filled environments.WHY JOIN US We are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with: •International, engaging, and supportive working environment.•Personal and professional development.•A highly technological and constantly evolving production environment.•Continuous technical training and opportunities for professional growth.YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES •Analyze workforce requirements, resource utilization, and operational capacity to ensure alignment with workload and production volumes.•Monitor productivity, process performance, and operational KPIs, identifying gaps between planned and actual results.•Conduct time studies and maintain standard operating times, ensuring alignment with real operational practices•Develop and sustain operational standards, procedures, and work methods to improve efficiency and consistency•Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, supporting cost reduction initiatives and business case development.•Drive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.•Provide cross-functional analytical and technical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR, enabling data-driven decision-making.•Contribute to the definition, validation, and deployment of SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and optimized workload structures.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. •Previous experience in a complex manufacturing environment (at least 3 years).•Deep knowledge of production processes.•Proficiency in reporting tools, process analysis and operative performance understanding.WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION •Excellent organizational abilities.•Time management and problem-solving skills.COMPENSATION PACKAGE •The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement.•The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 35.000. •The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.•The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
