Responsabilità

• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across industries
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps
• Analyze AI trends and market dynamics to produce actionable insights
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption
• Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends to practical insights
• Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation
