Integrated Retail Marketing Manager – Italy & Greece

As the Integrated Retail Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of marketing specialists and drive the integrated retail marketing offense across the Italy & Greece marketplace. You will define how Nike’s brand priorities come to life across Owned and Partner Retail, translating seasonal strategies into impactful consumer experiences that connect sport, culture and community.

Working at the intersection of Brand, Marketplace and Retail, you will partner closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated plans that elevate brand distinction and marketplace growth.

Based in Milan and reporting directly to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director, Italy & Greece, you will play a critical role in shaping seasonal strategies, developing your team and driving marketplace excellence through consistency, creativity and consumer obsession.

Who You’ll Work With

You will lead the Integrated Retail Marketing team in Italy & Greece, managing a team of marketing specialists responsible for bringing Nike's brand priorities to life across the marketplace.

You will partner with leaders across Sport Brand, Communications, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Creative, Nike Direct and Sales, ensuring strong alignment between brand priorities, consumer opportunities and marketplace needs.

As a key marketplace leader, you will partner closely with EKIN and Visual Merchandising & Styling (VM&S) leaders to ensure seasonal strategies are effectively translated across Owned and Partner Retail environments.

You will also work closely with EMEA and Global stakeholders, representing the Italy & Greece marketplace and ensuring local consumer and marketplace insights inform broader planning priorities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Italy & Greece Integrated Retail Marketing team, building a high-performing culture rooted in collaboration, consumer obsession, accountability and continuous growth.
• Own the Italy & Greece Integrated Retail Marketing strategy across Owned and Partner Retail, identifying marketplace opportunities that drive brand distinction, consumer engagement and business growth.
• Lead seasonal planning across the marketplace, setting priorities and guiding the translation of sport, product, athlete and cultural stories into integrated marketplace plans.
• Represent the Italy & Greece marketplace within EMEA planning processes, leveraging consumer, marketplace and business insights to influence decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee seasonal investment priorities and resource allocation across the marketplace, ensuring focus on the opportunities that deliver the greatest consumer and business impact.
• Align leaders across Brand, Marketplace and Retail functions to align priorities, unlock opportunities and ensure effective delivery of seasonal initiatives.
• Set the direction for marketplace execution in partnership with EKIN and Visual Merchandising & Styling (VM&S) leaders, ensuring premium and consistent consumer experiences across the marketplace.
• Guide territory-led activations and local opportunities, balancing consumer needs with EMEA and Global priorities.

What You Will Bring

• Experience leading brand marketing, retail marketing or related consumer-facing teams.
• Experience defining and leading integrated marketing plans, translating brand priorities into impactful consumer experiences and marketplace outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect consumer insights, marketplace opportunities and business objectives into clear and actionable plans.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, building strong partnerships in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
• Experience managing budgets, investments and competing priorities, making informed decisions that maximize consumer and business impact.
• An understanding of how brand stories come to life across retail and digital consumer touchpoints, with the ability to elevate brand expression across the marketplace.
• Comfort using consumer, marketplace and business insights to inform planning, prioritization and decision-making.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.

NIKE Policy is 3 days per week in the office.

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from 56,600 – 87,700 EUR Annual. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
