Service Campaign Manager (m/w/d)

As Service Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering our technical service campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that each campaign is strategically planned, data-driven and executed flawlessly in the field. Your work will contribute directly to improving product performance, enhancing customer experience and strengthening our service operations. Combining operational coordination, analytical thinking and a hands‑on approach, you will ensure that every campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact. Your Responsabilities

  • Plan and prepare technical service campaigns (e.g. retrofits, field modifications, updates) and execute them in close alignment with the Coordinator team
  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs (e.g. completion rate, throughput, quality) to ensure successful execution
  • Identify, collect, and provide relevant data sets required for campaign planning and execution (e.g. installed base, affected units, open cases)
  • Translate campaign scope into operational actions and support the coordination of field activities
  • Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely and high-quality execution across all involved stakeholders
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities in campaign setup, execution, and data quality
Your Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in service operations, field service coordination, or technical campaign execution, ideally in automotive, e-mobility, or manufacturing
  • Experience in planning and managing operational activities (e.g. service campaigns, retrofits, or technical rollouts)
  • Technical affinity; basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is a strong plus
  • Strong skills in data handling and analysis (e.g. Excel / BI) to support campaign preparation and tracking
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage high-volume operational tasksStrong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams, technicians, and service partners
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or service lifecycle management systems is an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English
