Overview

In this role, you will support Visa Consulting and Analytics client engagements in Italy, contributing to strategic consulting and data-driven solutions. You work with a cross-functional team to analyze client data, identify insights, and tailor advisory deliverables for growth, product strategy, and customer experience. You'll help prepare client-ready presentations and support senior consultants on high-impact projects. This role blends strategy with data analytics in a dynamic payments environment, offering meaningful opportunities to shape client outcomes and accelerate your own learning.

Responsabilità

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients
• Perform detailed client data analyses to identify initial trends with guidance
• Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover payments industry insights
• Help develop client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique scenarios
• Assist senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions (business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation, customer experience)

Requisiti fondamentali

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting or financial services or payment company
• Interest in payments industry and curiosity to expand knowledge
• Strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to break down problems into distinct analytical pieces
• Proficiency in data storytelling and basic data quality validation
• Strong team player with collaboration across levels
