Global Product Manager - Connected Care Data Driven Portfolio

Overview

In this role you will manage the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio, turning AI capabilities into scalable digital products that deliver customer value and enable new business models. You'll lead a global team and align the offering with Connected Care and ABB Robotics strategy, driving lifecycle profitability and market impact. You'll identify partnerships and accelerate AI adoption across the installed base, shaping ABB Robotics' AI-driven future. This is a high-visibility, global role with meaningful cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

• Own and execute the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop a global, cross-functional team with accountability and customer focus
• Accelerate AI, Generative AI, data analytics and physical AI adoption across the portfolio
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, startups, venture capital, and acquisition opportunities
• Drive profitability and lifecycle management from pricing to phase-in and phase-out decisions

Requisiti fondamentali

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products in industrial automation or robotics
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, Data Analytics and digital service business models with track record of commercialization at scale
• Proven leadership of global teams in complex matrix organizations with senior stakeholder management
• Experience evaluating partnerships, M&A opportunities, or technology ecosystems and building business cases
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
