In this full-time, office-based role you join the Clinical Trial Management team as an aCTM, applying your PhD or postdoctoral experience to support global clinical trials. You will collaborate with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to deliver study activities with high accuracy. The position offers intensive training, international exposure, and a clear path toward leadership in CTM. Responsabilità

• Collaborate on global study activities with project team and sponsors
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Manage and perform quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

Requisiti fondamentali

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required
