Guided by our core values of respect, efficiency, and effectiveness, we deliver tailored, precise, and solution-driven consultancy to our customers. /p pOur mission is to exceed expectations through innovative products, services, and technical expertise while building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability. /p h3Sales Manager – Industrial Market (Power Quality) /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Power Quality Department at VOLTA. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our presence in the industrial market across Northern Italy, promoting a portfolio of advanced Power Quality solutions including power quality analysers, low-voltage regulation systems, Power Quality correction solutions like active filters and partial discharge systems. /p pThe position is based in Bolzano, providing close collaboration with our technical and product specialists while ensuring effective support to customers throughout Northern Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop new business opportunities within the industrial sector across Northern Italy. /li liBuild and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial end users, engineering companies and system integrators. /li liPromote and sell Power Quality solutions by understanding customers' technical and operational needs. /li liPrepare technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with the application engineering team. /li liNegotiate commercial agreements and achieve assigned sales targets. /li liCoordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer support and project execution. /li liRepresent Volta at industry events, conferences and trade fairs. /li /ul h3What we expect /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales and business development. /li liResidence in Bolzano or surrounding areas. /li liStrong technical background in electrical engineering, power systems or industrial electrical equipment. /li liKnowledge of Power Quality applications or electrical measurement systems is considered a strong advantage. /li liExcellent communication and relationship-building skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. /li liExcellent organizational and time management skills. /li liFluent Italian and English (written and spoken); German is considered a plus. /li liWillingness to travel frequently throughout Northern Italy (approximately 50% of the time). /li liBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. /li /ul h3What we provide /h3 ul liContinuous technical and commercial training within a growing and dynamic team. /li liThe opportunity to develop one of the most strategic business areas for the energy transition. /li liDirect collaboration with internationally recognized technology partners. /li liCompany car for business and personal use. /li liLaptop and smartphone. /li liFull-time employment contract. /li liPermanent contract after the probation period. /li liAnnual Gross Salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based commission scheme. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
