AI Knowledge Graph Engineer / Generative AI Engineer
La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team altamente specializzato, contribuendo alla progettazione e allo sviluppo di piattaforme AI di nuova generazione dedicate ai processi HR, Talent Management e Recruiting
Principali attività del ruolo:
- Sviluppo di soluzioni avanzate basate su Generative AI e Large Language Models (LLM)
- Progettazione e implementazione di architetture RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Sviluppo di workflow AI utilizzando framework quali LangChain e LangGraph
- Progettazione e gestione di Knowledge Graph per la rappresentazione di competenze, ruoli e percorsi professionali
- Modellazione di ontologie HR tramite standard RDF, OWL e tecnologie Semantic Web
- Integrazione tra LLM e Graph Database per la realizzazione di soluzioni Graph RAG
- Sviluppo e ottimizzazione di sistemi AI agentici (AI Agents)
- Collaborazione con stakeholder HR e business per la definizione di modelli e casi d'uso innovativi
- Attività di ricerca e sperimentazione finalizzate all'individuazione di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche
Requisiti
- Buona conoscenza di Python e delle principali librerie AI
- Conoscenza approfondita di Large Language Models (LLM) e architetture RAG
- Esperienza con framework quali LangChain e/o LangGraph
- Esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di Graph Database (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Oracle Graph o equivalenti) e conoscenza delle tecnologie Knowledge Graph e Graph RAG
- Esperienza nella modellazione di ontologie mediante RDF, OWL o tecnologie Semantic Web
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana (mandatorie entrambe)
