For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 ul liAct as a key account lead within the Data Centre sector, building trusted client relationships based on partnership and delivery excellence /li liLead and oversee strategic client projects, ensuring delivery against programme objectives, commercial targets and contract performance measures /li liChair and lead meetings with senior client stakeholders, contractors and project partners /li liSupport business growth by developing new client relationships and securing repeat work /li liLead pre‑and post‑contract cost management across complex construction programmes /li liManage the tender and procurement process, from preparation of tender documentation through tender analysis and recommendation /li liProduce and review estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies for major developments /li liMonitor project spend through valuations, cost reporting and change management, clearly communicating risks and opportunities /li liSupport the preparation and negotiation of final accounts, ensuring best value for clients /li liLead the resolution of construction disputes, variations and loss/expense claims with transparency and commercial clarity /li liNegotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with contractors and external partners /li liLead and mentor cost management professionals, driving performance, development and technical excellence /li liFoster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on quality, innovation and client value /li liSupport team growth through coaching, knowledge sharing and structured development /li /ul h3We would love to hear from you if you are: /h3 ul liAn experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership /li liChartered or on the path to complete certification – we can help /li liSavvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities /li liA degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline /li liExperience in pre‑and post‑contract cost management on varied projects /li liExperience on Data centre and Life Science projects /li liAn excellent communicator verbally and in writing /li liThrives on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
