The person will be part of the Trade Design Team, in charge of the Business clients' network growth (Architects and Interior Designers) and will manage large-scale and complex projects. /p h3What will be your key responsibilities? /h3 ul liSupport Key Trade Accounts (es. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands) on the development of interior design projects. /li liDevelop design concepts, moodboards, tailor presentations towards clients /li liSourcing styling for the development of residential, retail hospitality projects /li liNegotiate with the supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects /li liEvaluate margins and commercial implications on projects /li liEvaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications) /li liMonitor and manage the full order lifecycle /li liCollaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Administration, Order Management) /li liUnderstand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations /li liReview and manage B2B project opportunities /li liPropose trade business development initiatives /li liSupport the trade team both in the development of new initiatives and in the definition of new market expansion through research and analytics /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 ul liDegree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product (preferably with specialization in Design Management or Project Management) /li liAt least 4-5 years of experience gained in a similar role /li liStrong creative and design flair, with a proven ability to develop original concepts for interior design projects /li liPrevious experience within a design firm, or interior design practice is preferred /li liStrong knowledge of the interior design sector, with a passion for art crafts /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering (3ds Max) /li liHighly proficient level of English, Italian native /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) /li liAesthetic sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury products /li liCreative, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail /li liHighly organized, able to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment /li liStrong commitment to high-quality customer experience and a can-do attitude /li /ul h3Our Perks /h3 ul liCompensation: 35-45K annual gross salary (RAL) /li liPositive workplace.
