Key Account Manager

Overview

As Key Account Manager, you drive growth by strengthening large strategic relationships and expanding revenue across premium and mainstream glass packaging brands. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored value propositions and sustainable commercial agreements. The role combines market insight, forecasting discipline, and hands-on negotiation to create long-term partnerships. Responsabilità

• Lead strategic key account relationships and long-term partnerships
• Drive revenue, volume, and margin growth across major accounts
• Develop and execute customer-focused account strategies
• Conduct strategic negotiations and secure long-term commercial agreements
• Identify opportunities in innovation, sustainability, and value-add
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with CRM discipline
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's Degree in Commercial/Economic, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing commercial roles
• Proven success managing B2B customers in corporate/manufacturing environments
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Experience leading complex negotiations and owning customer P&L elements
• Strong operational understanding (supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment)
• Ability to analyze customer performance data and translate insights into actions
• Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and enterprise sales tools
