In Fast Plan Srl sviluppiamo un software gestionale proprietario per il settore trasporti e logistica, utilizzato ogni giorno da aziende che gestiscono flotte, spedizioni e uffici traffico.
Oggi stiamo affrontando una nuova sfida: lo sviluppo di un AI Agent che assisterà gli operatori del traffico, raccogliendo e analizzando le informazioni presenti nel gestionale per fornire suggerimenti, risposte e supporto decisionale in tempo reale.
Per rafforzare il nostro team cerchiamo uno Sviluppatore Software Senior con esperienza in Ruby on Rails oppure PHP (preferibilmente Laravel), che voglia contribuire all'evoluzione del nostro prodotto e diventare un punto di riferimento tecnico.
- Svilupperai nuove funzionalità del gestionale FastPlan.
- Parteciperai allo sviluppo dell'AI Agent integrato nel software.
- Migliorerai l'architettura e la qualità del codice.
- Collaborerai con il team nelle scelte tecniche e nella crescita del prodotto.
- Potrai confrontarti direttamente con i clienti per analizzare esigenze e trasformarle in soluzioni software.
Cerchiamo una persona con
- Esperienza consolidata in Ruby on Rails oppure PHP (preferibilmente Laravel).
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di API REST e utilizzo di Git.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.
- Interesse per l'Intelligenza Artificiale e le nuove tecnologie.
- Voglia di crescere e assumere un ruolo di responsabilità.
- RAL indicativa €55.000 - €70.000 , commisurata all'esperienza.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
- Premi di risultato e formazione continua.
- Possibilità di crescita come Team Lead.
- Coinvolgimento nelle scelte strategiche del prodotto.
- Percorso concreto che, per le figure maggiormente coinvolte, potrà portare all'ingresso nella compagine societaria attraverso l'assegnazione di quote aziendali.
